A Taxonomy of Philosophy - Useful Online Resource in the Works

Women Profs Spend More Time on Teaching, Less on Research
It'd be interesting to see whether this holds true of philosophy profs. Also, averages are one thing, but another interesting stat would be, what's the M/F ratio of, say, the top 20% of researchers. And of the bottom 20%.

Sympoze Updates [September 2008]
I just updated Sympoze. Two VERY COOL improvements. First = When you submit a story that has already been submitted by a user, you're automatically taken the story page so you can vote on it. Second = All of the journal page URLs that our software wouldn't recognize. It recognizes them now.
