How It Works

For Authors
  1. Authors submit papers.
  2. Papers are collectively reviewed by qualified referees who vote on the papers and post a comment. This process is private and blind.
  3. Papers with a higher acceptance to rejection ratio are published in our on-line journal section for that discipline.
  4. Authors of papers with moderate acceptance to rejection ratios may be asked to revise and resubmit their paper for further review.
  5. Anyone who submits will receive a copy of their voting records with any comments that the referees anonymously posted.

For Referees

  1. When a paper is submitted in a referee’s field, they will be notified
  2. Referees can click on the link (if they have the time)
  3. Read the paper
  4. Vote for acceptance/rejection (and maybe post a comment or two in the thread)

For Scholars

  1. When papers are accepted, they will be made available in the Sympoze library immediately in a free, open-access format
  2. Papers will be put together in traditional print and eBook formats for optional purchase.

Volunteer

Before we can accept submissions in any discipline, we need a good critical mass of qualified referees for that discipline. Fill out this form to volunteer.
